LAU.AI respects the privacy of people who visit this website or contact the company. This policy explains what information the website handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you submit an operational challenge inquiry, we receive your name, work email, company if provided, mobile number, selected area of interest, and operational context. The mobile number remains required because direct mobile communication is a normal and important part of business communication in Lebanon and the GCC.

We use inquiry information only to review your request, contact you, understand the potential work, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell inquiry information.

Website measurement and consent

LAU.AI uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and privacy-safe interactions such as service views, calls-to-action, video plays, and successful inquiry submissions. The analytics implementation does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, or message contents to Google.

Google Consent Mode communicates your optional analytics choice to Google. Before a choice is made, optional storage is denied. If you allow analytics, Google may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. If you choose necessary storage only, Google tags operate with restricted consent behavior.

Necessary storage and service providers

• Consent preference: the browser stores `lauai_consent_v1` locally so the site can remember your analytics choice.
• Cloudflare: hosts and protects the website, provides security controls, Turnstile abuse prevention, email routing, and aggregate traffic services.
• Google Analytics: provides website measurement according to the consent state communicated by the site.

Retention and protection

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate potential work, meet business or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can reopen cookie settings at any time. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable obligations and legitimate retention needs.
